People from all walks of life can benefit from the services of life coaches. Often times folks might hear the term mentioned with regard to assisting people integrate within general life matters such as career guidance, decision making skills, clarity, life direction, organization and so. Interestingly, these are all critical components, no matter who you are and what you do.
The variation in approaches among life coaches is quite vast. Consider the scenario of the college age young adult lacking the ability to proceed forward on the path of success, and who requires an enhanced skillset in order to achieve the goals he or she has set for themselves. Then consider the scenario of the doctor or lawyer or world-traveling corporate executive who can’t seem to get their arms around the life that sustains who they are as a person. On the one hand you see a life coach guiding a young adult through the process of career planning, guidance, organization, etc., and on the other it extends to a substantially deeper level. So the question remains, how do you know what skills, education and overall expertise is required?
